Not a gym floor. A place.

If the thought of a normal gym makes you want to stay home, you're our kind of member.

No. 1

Every session is coached

You're never left wandering between machines. A coach leads every 45-minute session, adapts every exercise to your level, and learns your name in week one.

No. 2

Women only, 30 and over

A room full of women at the same stage of life — juggling work, family and everything else — changes how it feels to train. No egos, no judgement, no being watched.

No. 3

Community first

Members run Hyrox races, trek to Everest Base Camp, do charity mud runs and take over dance floors together. Fitness is the door in — the community is why people stay.

Amazing results from women just like you

Sometimes it's better to let our members do the talking.

A big shout out to the lovely Amanda. She joined for fat loss, which she achieved — down 21 lbs over five months — and she's now maintaining and gaining strength, which is the best place to be.

Amanda — Warrior Woman

Niki had never been a gym goer. A year on, she competed in a doubles Hyrox in Belgium. “Who knew I would be fitter than ever and also feel more feminine at the same time!”

Niki — Warrior Woman

Annette and Mary trained with us to get fit and strong for Everest Base Camp — and made it there and back. Theresa, Tilly and Kirsty ran the Christmas Pud 10k as three very beautiful-looking Santas.

Meet Aimée

Before she qualified as a PT, Aimée took a masters in Geology, served as a warfare officer in the Royal Navy and played rugby throughout — she's also mum to a very lively eight-year-old, George. She's spent over ten years in the fitness industry and managed gyms large and small.

"There is no place like this. An amazing group of women, from all walks of life — and whatever life throws at them, our community is there to celebrate with you or to help and support you."

Aimée leads a team of seven coaches across York and Selby — every one of them here because they love watching women surprise themselves.

Questions? We've got you.

The things most women ask before their first visit.

Do I need to be fit before I join?
Not at all. Most members joined as complete beginners or after years away from exercise. Every session is coached and every exercise adapts to your level.
I'm nervous — what's the first visit like?
It starts with a friendly chat, not a workout. You'll meet a coach, talk about your goals, and try a session when you're ready. It's a women-only space and everyone remembers being new.
How much does it cost?
Your first session is free. The 28 Day Kickstart is £149 in York (£99 launch offer in Selby), and ongoing memberships are tailored to how often you want to train — we'll walk you through options at your free consultation, with no hard sell.
Why over 30s only?
Because training and life are different in your 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond — and a community at the same stage of life is what makes this place feel different from every other gym.
Where do I park?
York: free on-site parking for around 15 cars at 2 George Cayley Drive, Clifton Moor — two minutes from the ring road. Selby: parking details when you book.
